Urgent replacement of rotary valves
If your rotary valve has become worn out and urgently needs to be replaced or refurbished, we are here to help you.
If you send us your rotary valve, we will have a replacement ready for pick-up within 24 hours. This applies to the most common types of PAM rotary valves as well as similar rotary valves of another make.
The replacement valve will be a new or refurbished rotary valve similar to the one you sent us, and it is of course delivered with a full 12-month warranty.
If the rotary valve you send to us can be refurbished, we will invoice a refurbishment price of 85% of the price for a new rotary valve.
If the rotary valve cannot be refurbished, you pay the full price for the replacement valve.

Conditions
The rotary valve you send to PAM should be one of the following types:
- PAM UL 5/220
- PAM UL 9/270
- PAM UL 15/300
- PAM UL 28/360
- Rotary valves of another make
The replacement valve (the one you get back) can be delivered with or without gearmotor, and the rotary valve is prepared for hollow shaft gear.
The rotary valve is made of cast iron (GG25) and is delivered painted in our standard color RAL 7037
The system of exchange within 24 hours applies to one rotary valve at the time. If you have more rotary valves which need to be replaced quickly, then please contact us so we can find the best possible solution together.
If it is a rotary valve of another make, we are also happy to exchange it within 24 hours. However, in this case, it will be invoiced at 100% of the new price plus additional costs for any required transition pieces we may have to prepare for the inlet-/outlet flanges. When exchanging rotary valves of a different make than PAM, a clarification of the size of the rotary valve including height and flange measurements must happen in advance, in order to ensure the replacement valve fits to the interfaces on-site.
