The specific production had regular product changes, why the delivered solution had to be easy to disasemble and clean. At the same time it had to be designed to fully prevent contamination from residuals from the previous production.
The solution
The solution was based on our standard EasyClean rotary air-lock, designed for accurate dosage and easy cleaning at product changes.
The product range “EasyClean” does also include screw conveyors.
PAM helped us designing a new product suitable for our production and the collaboration was excellent all way through, PAM is a very flexible and competent partner to work with.
